Welome to exersize & fittness at dogman diet . com come on in and see what's going on inside ! well even though you dont have time are a place to work out your can do some form of exersize on the road ! when i started my diet i did not exesize tell i lost about 30 lbs. i just could not do it ,that how bad off i was . as i lost some weight i began to fell that i could so i started with walking . if you are worried about safety i sugest useing rest area's they have lighting,secureity,and most have plenty of side walk's .next i bought some dumb bell's and leg and arm weight's .it was sad i bought some shorts and a waist belt to help you sweat off fat but couuld not fit into them .after you get down then buy you some . golds Gym has some good thing's to help at walmart just go to out door and recreation section and you will see what they have .i use 8 lbs. you can do some curl's and press's on your bunk .please dont try doing any while driveing ,it only takes a second to lose your life and have a accident !!! . as i progresed loseing weight i found some thing's at yard sale's to help me build a small gym at my home .my wife had a old tread mill i fixed up and a exersize bike to . and i bought some dumb bell's for home as well . she tould me she had a exersize thing in the shed that cost $300.00 so i went and doug it out,a cardaic device that you sit on and lift your body up with sort of like doing a sit up .i allso found something call the magic circle it is a comprestion device that work's good ,watch the video . it was not tell i lost 50% of my weight before i could do sit up's . i do every thing in set's of 20 . although my diet plan will make you lose weight you will need some exersize if you dont want to have saging louse skin hanging .my boss get's me home on weekend's and i do most of my exersizeing then .weight machine's are good but you need to train like a runner not johny atlas becouse it may look good but you have to do a lot of exersize to maintain them muscle's and if you dont ,well muscel turns into fat ,need i say more ? next let's do some bending and scwots this well help get back the mobility that we lost but go easy and advance with more as we go .i pull a flat bed ,think that that's enough to get your exersize ? no ! i gain my weight pulling one ! if you can take time waiting as you get loaded/unloaded to walk are do some sort of exerize ,think it will make you tierd not realy and may help you go the distance ! and may be take place of that energy drink you think you need ! music will help you when exersizeing feel the beat stump your feet ,i love the heart beat that they play on nemo's show it will get you moveing for sure . well try some of these thing's a see how much better you fill dogman

Need some Gym equipment ? i found some very good deal's at yard sale's . people buy thing's and some time's dont use them much .they spend lot's of money and sell for peny's on a dollar,hey you mite find some buried treasure out their !
