  HELLO AND WELCOME TO DOGMAN DIET.com IM GLAD YOU STOPED IN  my name is james a. Houston and im a professanal truck driver.i was over weight and not doing good i was on the road to disaster ! i have a xm radio and their is a channel on their for truckers called the open road xm 171  in the am 7am-11am is dave nemo and i am a avid listner. a man name wes rolfe was calling in talking about wanting dave to have pepole come on his show and talk to us about getting healthy  and making our lifes better . and formed a website called http://www.truckersforacause.com/ a support group that wanted to change their lifes . well dave started haveing people come on and talk about our  health and way's to do it . at that time i was bound and determed to loose my weight  and i came up with a diet plan and was going to do what ever it took to loose my weight . i had come up with a suicide diet plan i was going to eat  1 can of spinach and 1 can of tuna  3 times aday and that would be it . the day i started it God intraveaned and i was at a shipper and told my loader about my diet and he said it wont work and ill get discuraged  and give up . at first i was mad and asked him what made him think that and he told me why .so i listened to what he had to say and i had the answer  ! he told me he had a nutrisionus plan his diet and she told him that he had to eat 2000 caleries a day and gave him food options to eat she told him you must eat 2000 caleries a day are your body will go into a self defence mode and store all you eat . so i looked at my stuffs labels and did the math and reading the labeles and they all say based on a 2000 calerie diet  . so i then figured out i needed more to eat and added a few more things to eat than what i had planed to . at this point i became egar to learn more and i went to a discount book store and bought some diet books and read them . i found out more about what i needed for a balanced diet . their is a food triangle that gives us a percent of the food groups we need . than i changed my diet again i added cereal ,milk , grain ,fruit ,and tryed differant things tell i got it right . their are many cereals that claim diet quality but buyer beware some dont fit that do to the sugar content . in my search i came across a brand that works good called KASHI and found that they allso have gandola ,oatmeal , and other things that are good for us as well . i allso wanted a supplement diet pill that was safe and not to exspensive and i had heard about H00DIA and their are so many out their but i found one that works good and is pricesed right . allso i found a fat burner as well this is all i use in that part of my diet . in reading my books i learned about the things we need in our daily eating ,much to my suprize i leaned thier is good fat and bad fat, good chlesteral and bad ,so i came up with a list of supplements that i needed and the diet was complete . i  went though trials and earers and have it for you . i call in to the xm radio shows and have got drivers wanting to know about my diet and i thought a website would be a way to let them  find out what i do and if other's wanted they can to . you dont have to drive a truck to benifit from my work ! i apolgize for my spelling and formating of my website im learning as i go about the computer and building of a websites as i lean more my website well be more professanal in the future so take a look and see and hopfully it well change your life for ever  !! the dogmanCool
